confirmation retreat

Not going to lie, but I had fun on retreat. I was pretty much quite and everyone pointed it out haha. I really didn’t want to go on retreat because I wasn’t close with anyone. The main people I hung with were David, his older brother Danjorel and Josh. It was cool how we were all different grades from sophomore(Josh) to junior(Me) to senior(David) to freshmen in college(Danjorel). The activities were fun, the food was yummy and better than my youth ministry spring retreat. I stayed up late for Friday and Saturday night that I almost knocked out while standing up during the mass we had. I met almost everyone in the hallway my dorm was in. My “small group” was also cool too, I had both new and familiar faces. Collins was my leader for the group which was fine by me, because I knew him as a family friend from way back too. I honestly didn’t cry, I got teary eyed exactly 3 times, reading my letters, brown bag, and answering a question for an activity in my small group. At the end of the retreat, I was glad that I went through.
